Lisa Hillman, MSW, LCSW, CP, owner of Exceptional Wellness Counseling in Shrewsbury will discuss the importance of free time in our modern life.  Her presentation will include why free time is important, the impact of being overscheduled, and figuring it out for your own family!

Lisa Hillman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Psychodramatist (CP). She is the founder and owner of Exceptional Wellness Counseling. Lisa has been in private practice for over 15 years. She started Exceptional Wellness Counseling in 2013 due to lack of services in the area. Lisa works with at risk children and adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has served as a school social worker, a behavioral consultant for the New jersey public schools, and has led over 100 therapeutic groups. She has presented workshops nationally, and serves as a trainer at the collegiate level and at private schools.
