Please join Little Silver Schools, on February 6th, at 7 pm as we host a presentation by board-certified neuropsychologist Dr. Steven Greco on “ADHD and the Future”.
-Does your child have a hard time paying attention in class or keeping track of his/her stuff?
-Is sitting still or being calm difficult for your child?
-Does your child have trouble with impulse control such as waiting their turn or interrupting people mid-conversation?
If you have experienced any of this behavior in your child, you won’t want to miss Dr. Greco’s presentation.
His discussion will include:
- An explanation of the endophenotypes of ADHD.
- Better understanding of the endophenotypes.
- Future diagnostic considerations.
- Profiles of ADHD children.
- A comparison of the profiles.
- Methods of helping kids with ADHD achieve success.
Dr. Greco has an extensive background on treating neuropsychological conditions. He has published and presented on a national level and has been a guest speaker at numerous professional events, including presenting at Pediatric Grand Rounds at Riverview Medical Center and Jersey Shore University Medical Center and St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ.
Friends of Different Learners (FODL) is a group of LSPTO parents working together to enhance the education of children who have different learning styles. The goal is to bring families in similar situations together to share information and to provide support for one another. Information is geared towards the health and well being of all our children. We also facilitate meetings and discussions for the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). LSFODL is an active participant in Two River Friends of Different Learners, a regional group. We collaborate with the Two River districts to offer support group meetings and bring in guest speakers for parents. For more information on FODL activities, meetings or to be added to the FODL mailing list, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
